On the map, there is a prominent plateau situated exactly at the convergence of these points. This location is officially known as the Ancient Columns. It sits atop a cliff overlooking the Tabantha Great Bridge.

Navigating to the Ancient Columns

One common route is traveling west from the Tabantha Bridge Stable, crossing the bridge, and then scaling the southern cliffs of the Rayne Highlands. The plateau is characterized by a series of tall, weathered stone pillars. However, the search is complicated by a formidable guardian. A Flame Gleeok frequently roosts in the center of these ruins. Using a multi-shot bow fused with Keese Eyes is an efficient way to ensure every arrow hits its mark, even if the player's aim is hindered by the chaos of the fight.

Once the heads are depleted of their individual health bars, the Gleeok will collapse, allowing for high-damage melee strikes. It is helpful to use weapons fused with frost-based materials, such as White Chuchu Jelly or Ice Fruit, to deal critical damage to the fire-aligned enemy. When the Gleeok reaches low health, it will ascend to an extreme altitude and rain down massive fireballs. Utilizing the updrafts created by these explosions allows a player to glide up to its level and deliver the final blows.

Finding the Pressure Plate and the Ancient Columns Cave

Whether the Gleeok is defeated or avoided, the next step is identifying the specific pillar mentioned in the riddle. There are many pillars scattered across the site, but only one is functional. This "mighty pillar" is located toward the southern edge of the ruins, near the cliffside.

Unlike the surrounding broken columns, this particular pillar has a flat, intact top. Climbing to the peak of this column reveals a large circular pressure plate (a camouflaged button).
